The Kyn - formerly the Kyndarlin Torquay Library - holds plenty of history within the Torquay community. The restaurant aims to include aspects of this history within aspects of guest’s dining experiences. Particularly, with the retainment of the buildings original white weatherboard exterior, which then reveals a thoughtfully designed, contemporary dining space inside.

Head Chef James White presents a Middle Eastern-inspired menu crafted for sharing among friends and family. This is accompanied by the extensive wine list, which compliments both the region’s local wineries and internationally renowned winemakers. And, of course, a large selection of tap and bottled beers, as well as an exclusive and unique cocktail selection.
