  • We are currently seeking experienced front-of-house staff to join our team. If you've previously worked in a high-end restaurant, managing busy sections, and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want you!

    The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

    • Minimum of one year previous experience working to a high standard of service in a high-volume, fast-paced venue

    • Ability to deliver exceptional and attentive service 

    • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management

    • Outgoing and engaging personality, and strong communication

    • Food, wine, and beverage knowledge (not necessarily required, but a significant plus)

    • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

    • Up-to-date RSA certificate

  • We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our team. If you've previously worked in a high-end restaurant, have knowledge and experience shaking cocktails, and can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, we want you! 

    The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

    • Minimum of one year previous experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced bar or restaurant.

    • Knowledge and experience of cocktail-making

    • Wine, beer, spirit, and other beverage knowledge (not necessarily required, but a significant plus)

    • Outgoing and engaging personality, and strong communication

    • Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
