FRONT OF HOUSE
We are currently seeking experienced front-of-house staff to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year previous experience working to a high standard of service in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
Ability to deliver exceptional and attentive service
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management
Outgoing and engaging personality, and strong communication
Food, wine, and beverage knowledge (not necessarily required, but a significant plus)
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Up-to-date RSA certificate
Responsibilities:
Welcome, serve, and farewell guests with warmth and professionalism.
Follow our service procedures to uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Provide knowledgeable descriptions of menu items and make recommendations.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation in the front of house area to a high standard and attention to detail.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible beverage service.
Process payments accurately using our systems and procedures.
Work collaboratively with bar staff, servers, and kitchen team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Perform opening and closing duties according to established procedures.
