Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.

• Assist kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks.

• Follow instructions from chefs or cooks to support efficient kitchen operations.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.

• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and maintain a safe working environment.

• Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times.

• Work cooperatively with kitchen team and servers to ensure efficient dishwashing and support during busy periods.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to fulfil tasks and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
