Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.

• Great interpersonal and communication skills, to interact positively with restaurant staff and management.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Operate glass washing equipment to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and stored properly.

• Ensure cutlery and crockery is cleaned properly and stored correctly.

• Assist front of house and bartending team with basic cleaning tasks

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures

• Work cooperatively and communicate effectively with front of house team to provide support during busy periods.
